The results of studies the features phase composition, crystal and magnetic structure Bi-substituted barium hexaferrite BaFe12-xBixO19 (0.1≤ x≤ 1.2) by methods Mossbauer spectroscopy, X-ray analysis, as well image analysis scanning electron microscopy are presented. Samples hexaferrites - (where x=0.1; 0.3; 0.6; 0.9 were synthesized method solid-phase reactions with double annealing (at T=1100oC for 6 h) intermediate grinding (for 0.5 h). allowed us to establish limit substitution Fe3+ ions Bi3+ ions.
